Workflow automation engine
Automations you can watch run.
AutoFlowsEngine turns raw data — a webhook payload, an API response, a CSV export — into the thing you actually need: a filtered list, a routed lead, a total, a message ready to send. Chain steps, run them on real input, and see exactly what every step did.

How it works
Input, steps, output. Nothing hidden in between.
01
Bring the data
Paste JSON or CSV, or drop in a file. The engine reads nested webhook bodies and finds the list of records for you.
02
Chain steps
Filter, calculate, route with if/else, dedupe, group and total, rename, format text, send to a webhook — twelve step types, each one does one thing.
03
Inspect every step
The flow re-runs as you edit. Click any step to see the items it produced, so a wrong filter shows up before anything is sent.
AI flow designer
Describe it in a sentence. Get steps you can read.
Write what you want — “keep paid orders over $1,000 and post a message for each” — and the AI designer drafts the flow using the field names in your data. It only writes steps; the engine runs them. So the result is never a black box: every step is visible, editable and testable before it touches anything real.
If your request needs data your input doesn't have, it says so instead of guessing.
prompt
From this CSV of leads, drop duplicates by company domain and send companies with 200+ employees to sales.
drafted flow
- 1. Set field — domain = {{email|domain}}
- 2. Remove duplicates — Unique by domain
- 3. If / else — owner = employees ≥ 200 ? "sales" : "self-serve"
Templates
Start from a working flow.
E-commerce · 4 steps
High-value orders → team alert
Take a webhook payload of orders, keep paid orders over $1,000, and format a message for a Slack or Teams channel.
Sales · 5 steps
Lead scoring & routing
Clean form leads, drop duplicates by company, and route each one to sales or self-serve based on company size and email domain.
Finance · 3 steps
Overdue invoice reminders
From an invoice export, total what each client owes and draft a polite reminder line per overdue invoice.
Finance · 3 steps
Receivables by client
Group unpaid invoices by client with a count and total — the numbers for a weekly cash-flow check.
Support · 5 steps
Support SLA triage
Flag tickets that have breached their response target by plan, and list the breaches first.
Operations · 6 steps
Low-stock reorder list
Find SKUs below their reorder point in each warehouse and calculate how many units to order and what it will cost.
Built for the people who end up doing it by hand.
- Operations teams turning exports into reorder lists, SLA reports and weekly totals.
- Sales & marketing ops cleaning, deduplicating and routing leads before they reach the CRM.
- Finance pulling receivables by client and drafting reminders from an invoice export.
- Developers prototyping the transform a webhook needs before writing it as code.
Questions
Frequently asked
What does AutoFlowsEngine cost?+
The browser engine is free: build and run as many flows as you like, use every step type and all templates, and draft flows with AI (20 drafts a day). Pro ($19/month) is in early access, onboarded by request: it adds hosted webhook endpoints, scheduled runs and run history for flows that need to run without a browser open. Teams can contact us for shared workspaces and invoicing.
Where is my data processed?+
In the free engine, your input data and flows stay in your browser — they are saved in local storage and never uploaded. The only exception is AI drafting: the description you type and, if you tick the box, your current input are sent to our AI provider to design the steps.
Does the AI run my workflow?+
No. The AI only proposes steps. The engine executes them deterministically, the same way every time, and shows you the output of each step. You can edit or delete anything the AI drafted.
Can it send data to other tools?+
Yes — the “Send to webhook” step POSTs the items as JSON to any https URL, such as a Slack or Teams incoming webhook, Zapier or Make catch hook, or your own API. It only sends when you press Run & send, never during the live preview.
What formats can I use as input?+
JSON (an array of records, or an object such as a webhook body that contains one) and CSV with a header row. Numbers in CSV are detected automatically. Nested JSON fields are addressed with dot paths like customer.email.
Can I share or back up a flow?+
Export a flow as a JSON file and import it later, or copy a share link that encodes the whole flow — including its sample input — in the URL.
